Years of business and innovation strategy, alongside a decade of deep meditation practice rooted in the Thai-Buddhist forest tradition, led me to build a rare toolkit across worlds. A toolkit that equipped me for an assignment before I understood it.

Today, I help people cultivate a practice of looking for answers within, and transforming their inner knowing into strategy and structure in their lives.​
